In her 30 years as a Financial Advisor, Victoria has helped numerous clients surmount the obstacles standing between where they are and where they hope to arrive someday. Many of these clients have been successful business owners, corporate executives, retirees and affluent individuals concerned about volatile markets and changing tax law. Many others have been 401(k) and other retirement plan sponsors who have looked to her for guidance in plan design, fee analysis, provider selection and perhaps most importantly, participant education.

Victoria has helped numerous plan sponsors develop employee education and enrollment plans that are designed to increase plan participation and employee satisfaction. She has conducted:
• Periodic enrollment meetings for new employees and non-participants
• Ongoing seminars on generic retirement planning, as well as plan issues
• One-on-one consultations with participants to help them make more informed decisions and determine what to do with their retirement plan assets when they retire or separate from service.

Beyond retirement plans, Victoria has provided clients with the guidance they needed to adapt to changing circumstances in their lives and address such diverse non-investment issues as updating their estate plans and determining when to begin taking Social Security payments. Throughout her career, she has strived to enhance her knowledge and advisory acumen through rigorous courses of study that have earned her such prestigious industry designations as CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist (CRPS®), and Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In fact, education is so important to her that she created a Visionary Lecture Series that has provided her clients with insights from world class figures in journalism, education, business management and other disciplines relevant to their decision-making process.

Victoria has been recognized for her abilities by Forbes, the well-known publication that named her to its lists of Best-In-State Wealth Advisors for 2024 and Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in-State for 2022, 2023 and 2024.

You should understand the differences between a brokerage and advisory relationship. When providing you brokerage services, our legal obligations to you are governed by the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the rules of self-regulatory organizations such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and state securities laws, where applicable. When providing you advisory services, our legal obligations to you are governed by the Investment Advisers Act, Federal statutes and regulations relating to retirement accounts, and applicable state securities laws. These latter advisory obligations govern our conduct and disclosure requirements, creating a legal standard which is referred to as a “fiduciary” duty to you. We also may have a fiduciary duty to you, with respect to brokerage retirement accounts.

Please reach out to your Institutional Consultant if you have questions about your rights and our obligations to you, including the extent of our obligations to disclose conflicts of interest and to act in your best interest. For additional answers to questions about the differences between our advisory and brokerage services, please consult with your Institutional Consultant or review our Understanding Your Brokerage and Investment Advisory Relationships brochure available at https://www.morganstanley.com/wealth-relationshipwithms/pdfs/understandingyourrelationship.pdf.
