Our Story

Established by Mark Rogers and Gary Jbara in 1985, we are a cohesive team of ten seasoned professionals who are invested in your financial well-being. We collaborate for each client, leveraging each other’s diverse skills, experiences and training to deliver a highly personalized standard of care. This synergistic approach results in a highly bespoke set of strategies for every client – whether the client is a business, nonprofit institution or private wealth family.

We work with HR Directors to deliver our financial wellness program called Morgan Stanley at Work to organizations. Morgan Stanley at Work is a leading workplace financial solution for employers and their employees, combining personalized advice with modern technology. The program arms companies with the tools to reduce employee stress, improve engagement, and offer a competitive benefits package to attract and retain key talent. Morgan Stanley at Work combines education, advice and coaching to offer financial wellness for all employees from entry-level to the C-suite.

Our integrated approach for Family Offices includes an emphasis on family dynamics, asset protection strategies and business succession planning with a focus on helping you transfer your assets efficiently. Non-profits organizations, foundations, and endowments work with us to align their investments to support their organizations’ values and missions. We collaborate with corporate retirement plan sponsors in an effort to provide industry-leading retirement outcomes for their employees.

For clients who are interested in Sustainable Investing, we serve on Morgan Stanley’s Investing with Impact Directors to promote portfolios constructed to seek market-rate financial returns and leave a positive legacy to future generations.
